Access profiles define what features each user has access to in GP-Billing.
From the [Administration] dashboard, click the [Access Profiles] button.
The access profiles can be filtered using the button, searched using the button.
GP-Billing is pre-configured with a set of access profiles:
No Access Profile Has no features enabled
Consultant Profile Used for GP’s and Nurses to
create bills
Front Desk Profile Used for reception staff to create
bills, take payments and issue refunds
Account Admin Profile Can
manage accounts, create bills, take payments and issue refunds
Practice Admin Profile Has
all features enabled
To modify the functionality an access profile has, click the checkbox alongside the feature.
To create a new access profile, click the button next to the dropdown list of
profiles, give the profile a name and click [Save].
To enable all features for this profile, click [Select All].
The access profile applied to each user is set on under
Users in the [Administration] dashboard.
