GP-Billing is an easy to use system designed by healthcare professional to enable payment of non-NHS and private services by patients, businesses and third parties.

Services can include travel vaccinations, medical certificates, referral letters, insurance and employment medicals and room hire.

Using 3 dashboards for billing, reporting and administration, GP-Billing can easily be navigated by anybody with limited knowledge of the application.

Patient accounts are created via synchronisation with the clinical software ensuring accurate and up to date patient details,

Bills are populated using coded information from the consultation record or items can be manually added from the pre-configured price lists.

Confirmation of billing and payment activities can be written back to the consultation record.

Payments can be taken over the telephone using virtual terminal, at the reception desk using SumUp card readers or exported into accounting software for bank reconciliation.

Each customer account contains a record of each transaction enabling copies of documents to be produced and other key accounting functions such as issuing refunds, creating statements and recording notes.

Reports provide analysis of the financial information including sales and receipts, aged debtors, accounting summaries and tax reporting.

Hosted on AmazonAWS and accessed over the HSCN network, GP-Billing provides the highest levels of security and business continuity available today.
