1. Click on the [Reports] dashboard
2. Click on the [Aged Debt]
3. Select the [Account Type]
4. Click the [Date To] to set the range
5. Click [Refresh] to generate the reports
6. In the top right hand of the screen you can choose to [Export] into Excel or run batch [Statement] request
Note: in order to select all the invoices tick the [Select All] button in the top left of the screen next to the [Account Name] filter, this needs to be done in order to print them.
7. Statement Styles can be set as [Account] which shows all transactions or [Outstanding] which shows all outstanding bills.
