GP-Billing allows financials to be reported on by branch location.
From the [Administration] dashboard, click the [Branches] button.
The branches can be filtered using the button, searched using the button and sorted by clicking the column
header.
If a new branch has been added to the clinical system, click [Sync Branches] to create this in GP-Billing.
To add a new branch that is not in the clinical system, click [New Branch].
It is possible to make each branch active/inactive by clicking the checkbox next to the branch.
Each branch can have its own practice header, for example if the practice performs medical legal work this could be done through a private company which has its own letterhead. In this case, create a separate practice header and then associate the practice header for the private company branch.
Each terminal is associated with a branch when it is first installed – to change the branch a terminal is associated with, click the users name on the navigation banner and select [Terminal Setup].
Select the required branch and click [Save] to update the
terminal setup.
