Capita Pay360

Capita Pay360

GP-Billing allows payments to be taken using a virtual terminal from Capita Pay360.

Please contact Support@GPBilling.co.uk to apply for a virtual terminal merchant account or transfer an existing merchant account to Capita.

To enable this functionality, open the [Administration] dashboard and click on [Practice Settings].

Select the [Virtual Terminal – Pay360] tab and input the information provided by Capita. Click [Test Settings] to verify that the information is correct.

When taking a deposit or receiving a payment, the virtual terminal screen is displayed if Credit or Debit Card is selected as the payment method.

When you click [Pay Now], a confirmation including the authorisation number is displayed.

The authorisation code is also displayed on the payment receipt.

If providing a refund to the customer, this will be paid back onto the original Credit or Debit Card.
