GP-Billing allows the bill to be automatically populated
based on items from the consultation record.
To enable this functionality, open the [Administration]
dashboard and click on [Practice Settings].
Select the [Medical System] tab, tick the [Synchronise
Consultations] checkbox, enter the number of days to include when reading the
consultation record (recommended maximum is 10) and click [Save].
If this option is unavailable, please email support@gpbilling.co.uk requesting an
upgrade to the latest release including your Organisation ID and practice name
on the email.
Click on [Pricing], there is a column for [Clinical Code]
that allows you to map price list items to codes in the clinical system. Add
all relevant codes.
When creating a bill and synchronising the patient with the
clinical system, GP-Billing reads the consultation record and matches any
codes.
Select the required consultation from the list and click
[Ok]
The bill is populated with the consultation items and
pricing is automatically populated where matched on the price list. The
consultation date, branch and practitioner is also automatically populated from
the consultation record.
