In order to connect to GP-Billing the PC must be part of the HSCN network.
There are several reasons that may cause GP Billing to not load as expected on your PC. When this happens there will likely be an error message and a white screen with no content once the message has been closed.
This can also be caused by network firewall configuration, this will likely be managed by your local IT team, please contact them and confirm that GP Billing is able to operate on ports 80 and 443.
In addition, as GP-Billing is a hosted solution on AWS, each workstation requires access to the following URL’s over the HSCN network.

If all of the above hasn't worked, click the "Tools" button in the bottom left of the GP-billing screen and then "Reset configuration".
