Import Template File

The import template file can be used to import bills in bulk without additional configuration in GP Billing or the medical system

Click the three lines at the top and select the "Apps" button.

Select Import Template File.

Use the URL at the middle/bottom of the page to download the template file.

Remove the two bottom example rows.

Before adding content to the file, select all cells in the spreadsheet using the triangle button at the top left, then, using the formatting dropdown select Text. This will prevent Excel from reformatting the data.

Once this has been completed, add bills to the file as required. Use 0 as the InvNo to automatically set the Invoice Number.

Click Choose File and use the dialog to locate and open the template file.

Click Import File.
