"Medical System user 'UserName is not active" error
If you are getting an error that says "Medical System user 'UserName is not active", this is because the user profile within GP Billing is not active. In order to resolve this you will need access to an account with access to the "Users" page, for example a practice manager.
The account can be made active by going to the "Users" page and ensuring that the checkbox in the Visible column for the accont you are trying to login to is ticked. For more information on the Users page, please read: Users (gpbilling.co.uk)
