Add an Account or Transaction

Use the   button and select the required transaction or account type.

Synchronise with Clinical System

Use the   button to get the current patient from the medical system and select the required transaction or account type.

 

Search for an Account or Transaction

Use the   button to find an account and select the required transaction or account type

Dashboard Buttons

Click the required button on the dashboard and then select or create the required account

Service Notifications

Service notifications will appear when issued by the technical support department at GP-Billing. This may include scheduled maintenance windows or upcoming release information.

GP-Billing includes a comprehensive learning management system.

There is an option to enable/disable tooltips for this user profile.

Settings

Click on the username and select [Settings].

General

1.        Synchronise Consultations enables/disables the identification of billable events on the consultation record.

2.        Lines per page specifies how many reports grid rows are displayed on a single page.

Auto Locking

1.        How long to wait before locking GP-Billing when medical system is unlocked

2.        How long to wait before locking GP-Billing when medical system is locked

3.        How often to poll medical system to check locked status

4.        Automatically unlock GP-Billing when medical system is unlocked
