Lost Access to Practice Admin Account

If your practice finds itself in a situation where access to all practice admins accounts has been lost, due to staff changes etc. A scanned document on letterheaded paper requesting the deactivation of the old account with the name of the new Practice Manager or staff member who should have access to administer the system should be emailed to support@gpbilling.co.uk.
