Logging into GP-Billing

Before logging into GP-Billing please ensure that the medical system (such as EMIS or SystemOne) is opened and signed in with your account.

Open the GP-Billing application from your computer. The logo and title are shown below.

A login screen will appear and the organisation ID will automatically be populated. If a screen asking for Medical System information appears, please ensure you have finished installing GP-Billing.  Instructions can be found here Installation (gpbilling.co.uk).

If "Medical System user ... is not active" appears when you try logging in, this means your account hasn't been configured for use with GP-Billing and a system administrator will need to enable your account. This can be done following the instructions shown in this article: Users.
