Managing Tasks

GP Billing has tasks to assist with the management of Bills/Accounts.

A message at the top of the page will appear if there are tasks on the account. Use the hyperlink on the message or click the Tasks button to open the Tasks dialog.

To add a new task enter the information into the pane at the top of the tasks dialog.


Click on an area of an existing task to update it or use the delete icon () to remove it.
To create a task for a specific bill, tick the "Create Task" checkbox when creating the bill.




To see a list of all tasks go to Admin - > Tasks.
